MyLifeSettlements exists to reduce friction and increase clarity in the life settlement process. Many policy owners are not aware of their options, and many buyers face complexity in documentation, timing, and compliance. We focus on repeatable workflows, transparent handoffs, and strong recordkeeping.
What we do
We support the intake and transaction workflow needed to evaluate and execute a compliant life settlement, including document collection, disclosures, and closing coordination.
We provide a structured deal experience with onboarding gates, clear acknowledgements, and a standardized closing package so buyers understand obligations, timelines, and risks.
How the platform works (high level)
- Intake: Policies are submitted through a broker network and reviewed for basic eligibility.
- Underwriting: Underwriting is performed off-platform in early phases, with summaries uploaded to each deal.
- Listing and access controls: Deal visibility and actions can be gated based on onboarding steps and acknowledgements.
- Closing workflow: Disclosures, signatures, escrow milestones, and carrier-change paperwork are tracked to completion.
- Audit-ready records: Key actions and documents are captured to support compliance and reporting needs.
